Every Illumino plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin, and you are not charged during the trial. If Illumino is not right for you, simply let the trial end and you will never be billed.
If you are charged for a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that charge, for any reason. This applies to your first paid charge and to every renewal charge. There is no form to fill in and no explanation required; we refund the full amount to your original payment method. A refund cancels that subscription; because Illumino does not have a free tier, your access ends once the refund is issued.
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future charges. You keep access to your paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which your account has no active plan, analytics access ends, and Illumino stops collecting new data from your sites (collection is tied to an active subscription). Combined with the 14-day guarantee above, this means you are never locked into a charge you did not want.
Illumino uses Stripe to process subscription payments. Illumino is the seller of the service; Stripe is the payment processor. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe back to your original payment method. The time for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

The money-back guarantee does not apply to accounts terminated for fraud, payment abuse, or a breach of our Terms of Service. Everything else is covered.
